This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose information about your data using our Services when you access and/or use the products and applications owned by Future AI Magic Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications accessed through our Services.

Any information collected is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. However, we may revise and modify our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will notify you of those changes by posting them on this page. By continuing to access or use our Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.

Information We Collect

We collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our Services, such as device identifiers, user settings and operating system, as well as information about your use of our Services through your device.

Note About Children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as quickly as possible.

Notice for International Users. Your information will be transferred to computers located in the United States and processed there. By providing us with your information, you accept and consent to this transfer.

Photo Processing and Facial Data Policy

We use Android system components to allow you to take or select photos on your device. For other photos not selected on your device, we declare that we will never obtain these photo information and strictly abide by Google Play's relevant policies on device storage permissions.

If you need to save the processed photos locally, on some models, due to system limitations, we may request write memory permissions to save photos.

After you select a photo and provide it to the App, the App will try to find facial feature points (such as eyes, nose and mouth points) in the photo for facial processing. In order to provide users with facial feature points in their photos during the face analysis process, the App will then upload the photos to the server in an encrypted manner and perform AI processing. After the processing is completed, the server will delete all users' facial/photo data. The generated photos will be retained on the server for up to 24 hours so that you can view/download these pictures, after which the AI-generated facial/photo data will be completely deleted.

Information Collected by Others

We may use analytics providers to help us understand how our Services are used. These providers will collect information sent by you through your mobile device or browser, and their use of that information is governed by their applicable privacy policies.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information we collect to provide our Services, respond to inquiries, personalize and improve our Services and your experience when using our Services, monitor and analyze the use and trends of our Services, send you administrative information about the operation and use of our Services, and for any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Security measures we take to protect your information

We have implemented administrative, physical, and electronic measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can guarantee against any interception or other type of misuse. If your personal information is disclosed as a result of a breach of security, we will promptly notify you when your personal data is disclosed, as required by applicable law.

This section applies to you if you are a California resident. In California, there is a consumer privacy law that provides its residents with certain rights (see Section 6) and requires additional disclosures.
